The turn of the Millennium saw this mother & daughter team begin their journey into the world of balloon décor in the UK. After completing the American CBA training & examinations they set up their business – Balloontastic.

Starting with small birthday parties and other celebrations they very soon expanded into wedding, corporate & military event décor. Their balloon displays were even featured in “Hello” Magazine!

Twenty-three years later Delyse & Talya are pleased to open their Dubai business – Balloon Bling.

Continuing with their ethos of originality and high quality they are bringing their experience & knowledge to the UAE offering that something special to any event or occasion. They have also made a conscience decision to support sustainability by not using helium. Helium is not a sustainable recourses. It is no longer being produced and world wide stocks are dwindling. There is a medical need for the supplies still remaining so we will only inflate balloons using air and use our creativity to produce the illusion of floating, when necessary.

Using personalised messages on balloons &/or a gift inside a balloon as an addition adds to the uniqueness of any creation.

For bigger functions larger displays are designed and installed to create the “WOW” factor for conversation topics and Instagramable moments.
