How long before do I need to book for events & deliveries?

Booking should be done as early as possible for event decoration to ensure our availability. For smaller delivery/collection items at least a week in advance is perforable but we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

What are the payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking and the balance on delivery/collection. 

​

What is the return/exchange/cancellation policy? 

We have a strict no refund policy. Install, delivery & collection are accepted as seen with no guarantee for popping or deflation times.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur 50% cancellation charge unless a change of date is possible.

What is Delivery terms and conditions?

Please visit our delivery page for delivery schedule and charges. We deliver all over the United Arab Emirates.

Can I request a set up/ delivery time?

Yes. We always do our best to accommodate time requests within parameters but cannot guarantee due to unforeseen occurrences & events outside of our control.

Can I collect the items?

We try our best to accommodate all requests for pick up but set times must be agreed.

How do you inform about my payment confirmation?

Once the payment is made, the receipt will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

How Long will the Balloons last?

There is no guarantee to the inflation duration of balloons but, as a guide only, typically air filled latex 2-3 days, Foil/Mylar 5-7 days & Bubbles 2-4 weeks.

What if balloon stands are damaged or lost?

Where hire of stands is included in the order this will include delivery, set up, dismantle & removal of same.

Any damage or loss of said stands while in the venue will be charged to the client at full current replacement cost.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
